The Alamitos Bay Yacht Club's Turkey Day Regatta is a West Coast "must attend" regatta. ABYC hosted 19 one design class that competed for the coveted turkey and game hens that satisfy racers as trophies!

Bruce Golison is new to the Lido 14 Class, but a seasoned veteran to the dinghy and keel boat racing!
Winning Class "A" in a competitive class of national Champions, Golison sailed with his new Ullman Sails to outspeed the competition.In the Mercury Class Eric Conn and Mack Kilpatrick (borrrowed boat and borrowed U/S sails) took 1st and 2nd place with good speed and domination.
The father and son team of Barney and Steve Flam showed great speed with their Cal 20 Ullman Sails winning the very competitive Cal 20 Class. Taking 2nd was Keith Ives and Chuck Stevens took second place with all Ullman Sails. The Ullman Sails took 4th-8th place!
