Toon Town won the PCC regatta with a 2,1,1 series tally. Toon Town was the only U20 using a full compliment of Ullman Sails (and maybe any Ullman Sails: there might have been one other Ullman spinnaker). Racing was typical SF summer type conditions, starting at 10 knts in the morning, topping out at 15-18 knots at the end of the day. The breezy conditions combined with an Ebb tide resulted in invigorating conditions up and down wind. Sustained downwind speeds of 12-13 knots on top of the Ebb current made for an exciting sail. Sunday's racing was cancelled due to lack of wind.
